 Carolyn
Anderson is the Managing Broker of Anderson
Associates. She has her B.A. in Sociology from Boston University and
holds a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University. Carolyn has a
degree from the New York School of Interior Design. She is certified as
a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers and
holds a license as a designer. She has a Real Estate Brokers’ license and has
been active in Real Estate for more than 15 years. Before becoming a Realtor,
Carolyn bought and renovated homes in Greenwich. She has lived in
Greenwich for over 30 years.

 Jerry
Anderson is Executive Vice-President of
Anderson Associates. He graduated from Brunswick School in Greenwich and
has his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University. He holds a Masters in
Business Administration and a Doctor of Laws from Columbia University.
Jerry has his Brokers’ license and has been active in Greenwich Real
Estate for 15 years. He is certified as a Professional Standards
Specialist. He is an elected member of the
Greenwich RTM (Representative Town Meeting).

 Jeanne
Barton,
a native of Seattle, chose Greenwich as the best place to live in 1986.
Now, many years later, she will tell you, Greenwich more than lived up
to her expectations. Jeanne and her husband and two girls – now off to
college – are active participants in the Greenwich community. Both girls
were born in the Greenwich Hospital. Jeanne, always an active volunteer
in her children’s schools, will tell you, Greenwich is a wonderful place
to raise a family. Jeanne’s studies in landscape design, her work for
nine years as a senior account manager for a title insurance company,
her renovation projects and her life long interest in architecture led
Jeanne to the profession she is passionate about. As a full time
Realtor, Jeanne saves time for church and volunteer work. An avid,

Beaudry
has been a Realtor with
Anderson Associates for 4 years. She recently bought a home in Cos Cob,
having moved from the Old Greenwich Gables where she lived for 3 years
and served as a Board member. Mary graduated from Convent of the Sacred
Heart in Greenwich and Providence College. As an editor and contributor
to several publications about Greenwich, including The Guide to
Volunteers and the popular Guide to Enjoying Greenwich, she is highly

Del Bello has
lived in Greenwich for the past 20 years. Over the years, Holly and her
husband have bought and renovated several homes in the Greenwich area.
