We have three
major New York
airports:
La Guardia, Kennedy and Newark,
as well as a very convenient regional
airport.
Newark Liberty Airport (EWR)
Newark is the most distant, it is approximately 90 minutes from
Greenwich. It is an international airport and somewhat less congested than
the other two major airports and sometimes has less expensive flights. It
is a Continental Airlines hub.
Kennedy Airport (JFK)
Kennedy is the major international area airport. It is
approximately 70 minutes from Greenwich.
La Guardia Airport (LGA)
La Guardia is the major domestic area airport. It is 45 minutes
from Greenwich.
Westchester County Airport
(HPN)
This small, modern airport is located only 10 minutes from Greenwich.
Most of the major airlines fly into Westchester. Most of the major car
rental companies also have facilities in this airport.
Amtrak Railroad
Amtrak provides high-speed service to Boston and Washington.
Metro-North Commuter Railroad
